SAB is now looking for interested candidates who would like to receive a proper graduate traineeship to develop their knowledge and skills in Management. The SAB graduate management training serves as a key pathway for unlocking potential and shaping the next generation of leaders,ensuring our business stays prepared for future challenges

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs to develop leadership skills
• Gain exposure to different business functions, such as sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance
• Learn and contribute to operational processes within various departments
• Analyze business performance data and recommend improvements
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Support sales teams with market research, customer engagement, and sales operations

Qualifications

• Earn an undergraduate degree before the program begins, preferably in a STEM field
• Having a postgraduate qualification, such as a PGDip in Business Administration, a Master’s degree, or an equivalent credential, is a plus
• Limit your total full-time formal work experience to no more than three years by the program’s start date
• (Internships, vacation jobs, short-term contracts, and co-op programs are not included
• )Secure full legal authorization to work in the country where you are applying, including citizenship
• Showcase strong English language skills
• Stay flexible and open to relocating for new opportunities, as mobility can enhance your career prospects
